Most inventory replenishment shipments are sent to our warehouse in New Jersey, where the inventory is consolidated into a container and sent by sea freight to Dubai. Your inventory must be at the warehouse one week prior to the ship's departure. Sea transit typically takes about five weeks, and clearing customs in Dubai can take 1 to 3 days. The overall time from the ship's cut-off to when your inventory is ready to ship to customers is approximately six weeks.

If you need inventory available more quickly than that, please inquire about setting up air freight from the US to Dubai. For under $3 per pound, your inventory can be shipped to our Dubai warehouse in typically under 5 business days.

Please notify [email protected] when you are sending inventory to our warehouse. It is a good idea to inform us when your carrier completes delivery to ensure that we have acknowledged receipt of the goods.

Once the inventory is checked in at our warehouse, Mayple takes care of creating all the necessary export and import documents.

After installing the Mayple app, type in your brand name and click Update brand name.

Activate Shopify Markets

Next, you will use Shopify Markets to add new ship-to countries to your store. In Shopify, a "Market" is a container for the individual country or countries to which customers can ship.

In your Shopify store admin panel, click Settings in the bottom-left corner and then MarketsAdd market.
