Mayple's Shopify app provides clients with the ability to manage which products and bundles are being sold to international customers, as well as giving better visibility into orders, issues, and inventory.

To access the Shopify app, log into your Shopify Admin panel, click Apps and open the Mayple app.
The app home page will look like this:
The Orders section defaults to displaying orders that have open issues.
Click View details to view and update the notes for the order. If the order requires action from Mayple, choose Mayple from the drop-down. After you click Save, Mayple will get an alert and assist with resolution. Click Close Issue once all issues with this order have been resolved.
Once Mayple is activated on your store, we will begin syncing your products to our system. For us to fulfill products and track inventory, they need to be activated.
It is best practice to only activate products you intend to fulfill with Mayple.
